  • Guide customers on colours, necklines, sleeves, back designs and garment styling
  • Explain available Aari work, computer embroidery and design options
  • Coordinate measurements, trials and design instructions
  • Record customer requirements accurately
  • Communicate clearly with cutting, tailoring and production teams

  • Create fabric and garment paintings according to approved designs
  • Prepare and mix suitable colours
  • Adapt motifs to the available garment area
  • Maintain neat outlines, colour consistency and clean finishing
